Grapes are harvested by hand and softly destemmed. Fermentation in truncated cone barrel with no temperature control. Aging in new and used barrels for 14/16 months. Full-bodied and structured wine, scent of red berries, marasca cherry in alcohol and spices, long and persistent taste.
