Grapes are harvested by hand and after a soft pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After aging in stainless steel tanks for 10 months, the wine is bottled. Full-bodied and structured wine thanks to the four grape varietis of which it is composed, elegant, peach and tropical fruit scent. Very savory.
