Grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and a small part is fermented in barrels. Ater aging on the lees for 72 months, is dirgorged without dosage. Full-bodied and elegant wine, scent of custard, savory and persistent taste.
