FERMENTATION AND AGING: In stainlees at a controlled temperature
for 7/8 months, in the bottles for about 6 months.
BOUQUET: Wine with a strong, tropical fruit bouquet ( pineapple,
coconut, banana) and the fragance of green apples. Strong and
lightly aromatic flavor of dried apricot and clary.
