VINEYARD: Masi e Lavine
VINE TRAINING: Espalier with Gouyot pruning (6.200 vines/Ha) and pergola (4.800 vines/Ha)
VARIETAL AND CLONAL COMPOSITION: Pinot b.cl. Lb 18 (50%), Chardonnay cl. 95 ( 30%), Sauvignon cl.108 ( 10%) Riesling clo. 48 ( 10%)
AGE OF VINEYARD: 11 and 25 years
GRAPES PREDUCTION: 70 tons/Ha
FERMENTATION AND AGING: In stainlees at a controlled temperature for 7/8 months, in the bottles for about 6 months.
BOUQUET: Wine with a strong, tropical fruit bouquet ( pineapple, coconut, banana) and the fragance of green apples. Strong and lightly aromatic flavor of dried apricot and clary.
ALCOHOL: 12.5°
TITRATABLE ACIDITY: 5.7-5.9 °/oo
EXTRACT:23-25 g/l
AVERAGE ANNUAL PROCUCTION: 10.000 bottles
