barriques ( 30% new) for 12 months, in the bottles for 12/18
months.
BOUQUET: Wine with a characteristic bouquet of strong black cherry
and small fruit bouquet, well-balanced and slightly tannic flavor,
spicedand with tart aftertaste
ALCOHOL: 12.5/13°
TITRATABLE ACIDITY: 5.0-5.5 °/oo
